  • How is my order shipped?

    All packages are shipped with USPS.

    Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days after being received. Holidays and weekends may delay shipments.

  • What is your return policy?

    Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact Three Strands before shipping anything back using the contact page.

    Three Strands will refund any item purchased within 15 days of the delivery date, opened or unopened. No returns will be accepted & refunded that have been worn extensively or have been damaged by the customer.

    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless your item (i.e. shirt, sticker, hat) is damaged upon arrival, then we will gladly pay for return shipping.

    Once the item is received & assessed, we will credit your account for the product purchased or immediately send out a replacement if it is an exchange.

  • Is my information kept private?

    Yes, your information is private and secure.

    Your personal information will not be sold or distributed to any outside companies or organizations.
